Add name

Float and expand by 1

Fill new layer with light color

Add noise and drop shadow

Move below name and merge the two

Close top tube and then copy merge

Paste into AS

Ctrl L until you have 34 layers

Open leaves gif and Ctrl A

Drag to tag and place one one side inside frame

Go back to leaves and click back arrow so leaves appear again

and then go up to adjust and mirror

Drag to tag and put on other side of tag

Go back to PSP and copy tube layer

Paste into AS

Ctrl L until you have at least 34 layers

Ctrl A 

Drag to tag and line up

Save as Gif

Using eclipse tool draw out a circle in black as big around as frame minus pink fringe

Convert to raster

Float

Contract by 60

Delete

So now you should have a black ring covering frame except pink part

Apply weave if desired

2,12,50,black,pink,box checked

Lock the two frame layers

Click inside frame with magic wand

Expand by 10

Invert

Paste paper 5

Delete

Select none

Paste tube

Click outside the black frame layer using magic wand

Duplicate tube

Delete on bottom tube

Select none

Crop bottom part of top tube

Merge the two tube layers

Now add elements from kit you desire

Open template and shift D

Close original and delete info layer

Move text layer below moon layer

There are a few basic steps to follow

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Invert or add new layer

4. Paste paper or fill with color

5. Hit delete

6. Apply gradient glow and noise at 50 to original layers

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact 

We are going to start at bottom and go up

Merge like layers together

1 and 2, 3 and 4, 6 and 7 

1 and 2 - #9415a9 + FU papyrus texture  

3 and 4 - #1c1949 + FU filter paper

5 - gradient glow + noise

6 and 7 -  gradient of above colors + tow the line

9 - paper 10

10 - paper 1

13+15+17+19 - paper 10 + close up tube

14+16+18+20 - duplicate + gradient glow on bottom copy

Add tube and center

I colorized the desaturated layer in tube and changed 

blend mode to overlay

Now add elements of choice

Open canvas 650 x 250

Select so layer is floating

Paste paper 5 into canvas

Add new layer

Fill with black

Float

Contract by 10

Delete

Paste mirrored tube to left area

Crop 

Move below frame

Duplicate

On bottom tube change blend mode to multiply

On top tube change blend mode to screen at 30% opacity

Re-size canvas by 800 x 800

Crop when tag is done

Paste paper 1

Apply mask

Merge group

Repeat steps using paper 3

Re-size by 90%

Move to bottom keeping black at bottom and then red just above

Using selection tool select the bottom part of your black frame

Delete

Paste element 100

Paste tube and move to center/right area

Now add elements of choice

Paste tube and place in middle of frame

Paste butterfly and place on bottom left corner of frame

Paste sparkles and move to bottom

Add any other elements of choice

Add name

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
