Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Crop at the end

Re-size elements as desired - depending on how large you make your tag

I am using the pink/leopard option tube

Paste e37
Click inside and expand by 5
Invert
Paste paper 6
Paste mirrored tube
Delete
Select none
Duplicate tube 
On bottom tube change blend to luminance (L) at 50 opacity
On top tube change blend to soft light and apply scan lines to tube if desired

Paste paper 5
Apply mask
Merge group
Move to bottom

Paste e86
Duplicate and move around under frame so edge is all around frame

Use my tag as guide if needed

Merge e86 layers together

Paste bow 

Paste bear

Add any other elements desired

Add name

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
