Remember to save often!!!

Resize elements as desired depending on your tag size preference

Open 800 x 800
Crop before saving

Use my tag as guide if needed

Paste paper 23
Apply mask
Merge group

Paste frame 14

Click inside frame with magic wand

Expand by 5

Invert
Paste tube image

Delete
Select none

Now add elements from kit

Remember to save often!!!

Open tube image 
Add border
dark color at 2
Add color
different color at 10
Using magic wand click the 10 border
Promote selected area
Contract by 1
Add new layer
Paste into layer tube image
Select none
On promoted layer apply noise at 30
Merge all

Copy & Paste into new canvas 800 x 800

Crop before saving tag

Re-sizing items is up to you as it 

depends on the size of tag you want

Paste paper 6
Move below tube layer
Apply mask
Merge group 

Change blend mode of tube image to luminance (L)

Paste elements of choice to tag

I used 

sand (17)
shell (22,80)
boat (37)
bird (45)
starfish (33)

ribbon (67)
grass (49)

tag (85)
bottle (43)
bubbles (42)

Use my tag as guide for placement if needed

Rotate tag and placed on corner
Duplicate
Move one below tube
On top copy erase part so looks as if hanging

Place bubbles around tag 

Place grass on both sides of tube image

Place other elements where you like them

Add name

Ad drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info 

Crop and Save

re-size slightly so it's inside other element

Mirror

Paste element 25

Duplicate

Mirror and Flip

Move one to top left and one to bottom right

Merge together and move to bottom

Using selection tool - point to point

Select area slightly bigger than the opening of your frames

Invert

Paste paper 99

Delete

Select none

Paste tube

Place where you like

Start adding elements of choice

I used elements

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Select a few layers and add sparkle to them

I changed my max size settings to 18

Add name
I used a paper as pattern for mine
Apply gel effect

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
