Open my supplies and shift D
Close original

Paste tubes

Arrange where you like them

Paste both the main tube and eye layer

Use my tag as guide if desired

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Now have eyes how you like them and copy merge and paste into AS
Go back to PSP and close eye layers on a few and repeat steps
until you have at least 4 layers

small size at 5 or so opacity erase bottom of tubes so it looks as if they are in the dirt

Crop before saving

Fill canvas with color of choice

Apply mask

Merge group

Using rectangle shape draw out rectangle like mine

I used gradient of colors red and blue

Convert to raster and duplicate

Apply gradient glow to bottom copy

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient 

glow using EC 5 Impact 

Draw out a small rectangle (orange on mine) the same length as one before

Add noise at 30

Draw out another rectangle using gradient or solid color (purple and blue on mine)

Duplicate and add gradient glow on bottom copy

Repeat with different color

Using heart shape draw out a huge heart in pink

Apply frittlary filter if desired

Duplicate

Apply gradient glow to bottom copy

Paste tubes

Arrange where you like them

Use my tag as guide if desired

Once you have tubes where you like add name

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Using preset shape circle draw out a circle larger than mask

Add new layer

Add text of choice using colors of choice

I made a gradient of the colors from balloon

Type text repeating spaces and pasting until circle is filled around except bottom part

In layers pallet go to text and open the + sign

Right click and convert text to curves

As character shapes

So now gradient is in each letter

Add bevel if desired

Delete circle layerAdd name

Add drop shadow to layers
