Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template and shift D

Close original 

Now re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Delete info and star layers

There are a few basic steps to follow

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Invert or add new layer

4. Paste paper or fill with color

5. Hit delete

6. Apply gradient glow and noise at 50 to original layer

We are going to start at the bottom layer 

and work our way up the template following the steps above

square 3 - paper 11

square 1 - paper 135

square 2 - paper 3

rounded rectangle 1 - paper 1

rounded rectangle 2 - paper 19

circle center - paper 29

frame back - paper 2

circles - paper 17 + tube
Crop tube to fit circle then duplicate and on top layer change to screen and on bottom lower opacity to 50

thin rectangles - paper 24 - change to screen

Paste tube and center

Now add elements of choice
