Open cluster frame

Shift D

Close original

Delete info 

Click inside frame with magic wand and expand by 4

Add new layer

Fill with color of choice

Invert

Paste close up tube

Delete

Lower opacity to 70

Paste tube

Move over text area - crop text if needed

Add fireworks from kit

Add any other elements of choice

Add name

I used gradient of blue and red

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
