EC 4000 - Gradient Glow

Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Crop at the end

Template is 300 pixels so open in AS and Ctrl A

Ctrl C

Paste into psp - should be 72 pixels if your settings are set to 72

Re-size elements as desired - depending on how large you make your tag

Make a gradient in a new canvas of blue and red and apply noise at 30 - use as pattern

For the dotted circle layers and star layer I used this pattern

and also name

Select and float the white bg layer

Add new layer and fill with colors of choice

Invert

Paste tubes and delete

Lower opacity of tubes to 65 or so

Replace stars layers with element 25

Paste tube

Move her where you like 

Add any elements from kit you would like
