Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!
Open template and shift D
Close original
Delete info layer
Re-size Template by 150%
Re-size canvas to 800 x 800
Start at the bottom and go up
There are a few basic steps to follow
1. Select layer
2. Float
3. Invert
4. Paste paper
5. Hit delete
6. Apply gradient glow and noise at 30 to original layer
Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact

gg/n = gradient glow and noise
Paste paper 12
Apply mask
Merge group
Move to bottom above bg layer
Paste paper 12 into psp and minimize for later use as pattern
dotted circles - paper 15
small circles - paper 15 + gg/n
large circle - paper 12 + close up tube (luminance L)
Duplicate tube (screen at 75)
scalloped large frame - paper 14 + gg/n
large dotted circle - paper 14 + gg/n
solid circle - paper 14 + gg/n
rectangles - paper 2 + gg/n + text of choice
small scalloped frame - paper 2 + gg/n
small circle - paper 2 + tube (luminance L)
small solid circle - solid circle - paper 14 + gg/n
fasteners - delete and use element 85 and 74
Paste tube
Mirror
Move to left of frame
Paste bird from tube and place on rectangles
I cropped mine off of the chest and mirrored
Now add elements of choice

Add name
text on curve
Using the preset shape tool
Make a circle
bigger than the one we already have
Keep circle as a vecter
Click text tool
Click the right center of circle when
you see the A on a curve
and write saying of choice.
In layers pallette click the plus sign
for the circle and text layer
Hide the circle
Convert to raster
Using the preset shape tool
Make a circle
bigger than the one we already have
Keep circle as a vecter
Click text tool

Add drop shadow to layers of choice
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
