Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Use my tag as guide if needed

Paste frame (32)
Click inside frame with magic wand and expand by 5
Invert
Paste paper 3
Delete
Paste close up tube - mirrored
Delete
Paste element 3
Delete
Select none
Paste element 31
Move to top of frame
Duplicate and flip
Line up 
Merge together
Float bg layer again
Invert
Delete on element 31 layer
Duplicate
Apply gradient glow to bottom layer
Apply noise at 30
Change blend mode of tube to screen


Add new layer and move to bottom
Fill with gradient of choice
Apply mask
Merge group

Paste element 77
You should be below frame and bg layers and just above mask
Move to top left

Paste element 80
Move to right bottom

Paste tube
Move to right side

Add any other elements to tag you would like

I applied noise at 20 and gel effect to mine

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
