Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Crop when tag is done

Make a gradient from two colors from cluster or tube

Fill canvas

Apply mask

Merge group

Paste cluster frame

Duplicate

Sharpen the top copy of frame

Using selection tool - point to point

Select the open area of main frame

Add new layer

Fill with pattern or gradient of choice

Duplicate

Apply Bubbles filter

Paste tube

Duplicate

Delete on bottom tube

Select none

Crop bottom part of top tube

Select the three open areas on the side frame

Add new layer and fill with gradient

Paste tube and move different parts for all three

Crop each spot

Merge the three together

Duplicate the gradient you made as bg

Move above tubes and change blend mode 

to screen and opacity to 75

Add name

Apply gradient glow of white at 3,25,100

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
