Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Use my tag as guide if needed

Paste paper 1 into psp but not canvas

Now change pattern fill to paper at 50%

Fill canvas

Apply mask

Merge group

Paste frame 47

Center

Click inside frame with magic wand

Expand by 5

Invert

Paste paper 5

Delete

Paste mirrored close up tube

Delete

Select none

Change blend mode on tube to luminance

Paste tube

Move to right of frame area

Now add elements of choice

I used gradient of two reds

and applied gel effect

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
