Open new canvas 800 x 800
Use my tag as guide if needed
Paste frame (70)
Float
Invert
Paste paper 6
Re-size by 60
Delete
Apply gel effect to frame you made
On original frame I applied gradient glow
Click outside frame with magic wand and hold shift key
and click inside frame as well
Expand by 10
Invert
Delete
Select none
Apply gradient glow
Add noise at 30
Add drop shadow
Click inside frame you made with magic wand
Expand by 5
Invert
Paste paper 7
Delete
Paste paper 5
Delete
Paste barbed wire (25)
Delete
Paste close up tube
Delete
Select none
On paper 7 change blend mode to screen
Paste wall (56)
Duplicate
Move one to right and one to left of frame
Merge together
Move to bottom
Paste sand (13)
Move above wall but below frame layers
Now paste elements of choice where you like them

Use preset shape - circle
Draw out a circle larger than frame
Type text when you see A on a curve
Close circle and convert to raster
Apply gel effect
Add drop shadow
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
