Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open cluster frame and shift D

Close original

Using selection tool - point to point select area just bigger than opening of frames

Add new layer

Fill with color

Invert

Paste tube image

Delete

Select none

Paste tube

Line bottom of tube up with edge of frame

Select frame edge using point to point again

Promote to layer

Move above tube layer

Use eraser tool with opacity at around 20

and blend ends of hair that have straight line if using same tube 

Add name
I used flowers part of tube and made a pattern for my name
Apply gel effect
Select - Float
Expand by 2
Add new layer
Fill with light color from tube 
Apply noise at 10
Add drop shadow
Move below name layer
Merge together

Add drop shadow to tube and frame

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
