This is a very easy and simple tutorial but I loved the way it looked so thought I would tut it up for y'all =)
Open new canvas 800 x 800
Crop when done
Fill with color of choice
I used #af34a9
Apply mask
Merge group
Paste tube
Float mask
Image - Crop to selection
Now your heart should look like mine
Paste pacifier at right bottom
Add text and name
I used #af34a9 and #c872c4
Apply noise at 10 and drop shadow
Add copyright info
Crop and Save
