Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 650 x 250

Paste paper 3

Float

Contract by 10

Delete

Select none

Re-size canvas to 800 x 700 

Give your frame a bevel of choice

Using selection tool - rectangle

Draw out a rectangle just bigger 

than open area inside frame

Invert

Paste paper 4

Delete

Paste close up tube and move to right side

Delete

Select none

Lower opacity to 60

Paste main tube and move to left

Crop bottom even with frame

Paste ribbon

I colorized mine to match tube
Duplicate and move one
below frame and on top one erase parts 
so it looks like it's around frame

Paste handcuffs

Add name

I used paper 5 as pattern

Apply gradient glow then noise at 30

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
