This tutorial was written by me and for those
who have a good working knowledge of psp.
Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!
Open new canvas 800 x 800
Crop when tag is done
Paste frame 1
Using magic wand click outside the frame
Expand by 6
Paste paper 11
Delete
Select none
Paste word art and move to bottom above frame
Paste ribbon 1 and move to right side of frame
Paste flower 1 and move over staple in ribbon
Paste balloon and move to top left
Duplicate
Mirror
Colorize to another color
Paste tube
Move to center of frame and have paws on word art
Paste dog bowl that comes with dog tube
Move to left
Paste bow on it
Using your paper 11 as a pattern
Select splatter brush of choice and go around frame area
with brush using pattern on another layer
Move to bottom once done Add
Splatter brush I used is HERE
Add name
I rotated slightly and moved to dog dish
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
