who have a good working knowledge of psp.

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 800 x 700
Crop before saving if desired

Paste dot 1

Re-size by 50%

Duplicate

Mirror

Merge together

Duplicate

Flip

Paste frame 3

Using selection tool - rectangle

draw out a rectangle a little larger than the openings of frame

When you have each frame section selected then

add a new layer and fill with black

While each section is selected invert and paste rotated by 90 degrees tube

Delete

Select none

Once you have all the black layers and tube layers

done merge them with each other. 

Meaning black all together and tubes all 

together but not black and tube together
Lower opacity of tubes to 40

Select and float the black layer

add new layer

Fill with white

Apply scan lines with distance of 2

Lower opacity to 20

Paste tube and place her in the third space in frame

Duplicate

Move one below frame and one above

On top tube crop a little of tube so it's as if she is part in frame

Paste tag

I cropped the ribbon off and placed under the bow in middle of frame

Add any text of choice

Add name

Add copyright info

Save
