Cluster Frame

Filters
DSB Flux - Bubbles

Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!

Open the cluster frame in psp

Shift D

Close original

Add new layer

Fill with color of choice

I used #262626
Apply mask
Merge group
Move below cluster frame

Using your selection tool - rectangle

draw out a rectangle just bigger than opening 

of frame not paying attention to line in middle

Add new layer and fill with gradient 

of two colors from tag

I used #e1116d and #3ed4ff
Then apply bubbles effect - default settings
Invert
Paste tube
Delete
Select none
Mirror tube
Move to left area
Duplicate tube
Lower the opacity on the bottom tube to 50
Change blend to screen on top tube

Paste tube and move so stool and table leg cover middle line of cluster

Add text if desired

Add name

Add copyright info

Save
