This tutorial was written by me and for those
who have a good working knowledge of psp.
Supplies Needed
Tube
Scrap
Filters
Lokas Software - Gel
Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!
Open new canvas 800 x 700
I re-sized elements differently but most by 10 - 15%
but this will depend on how big or small you make your tag
Paste paper 1
Apply mask
Merge group
Fill new layer with #4a83cc
Paste word art 2
Float
Invert
Go back to filled layer and delete
Select none
Delete the original word art layer
So now it's blue to match your tube but if you are
using a different tube change to match it.
Paste water 2
Move to bottom area on your circle
Paste goose cluster and move to right area
Paste grass and move to right and below the cluster
Paste brush and move below the cluster and bring down so longer grassy area
Use my tag as guide for placement if needed
Now add other elements to tag
I used
cloud2
flower cluster
frog 1 and 2
goose
rabbit
carrot
water
Once you have all the elements on tag and where you like them
paste your tube and place where you like it
Add drop shadow to layers of choice
Add name
I used gradient of colors from my tube and
also applied a gel effect to mine
Add copyright info
Save
