Let It Snow

This tutorial was written by me and for those

who have a good working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

Scrap kit, I used (PTU) Chilly Delight by Alika's Scraps

at Pimp My Tags W/ Scraps.

Font of choice, I used Jellyka Delicious Cake.

Mask, I used Mask 4 Christmas 2010 by Vix

Plug-in, I used VanDerLee - Snowflakes

Animation Shop

Let's Begin! 

Open new canvas 700 x 600

Use my tag as guide for placement if needed

Paste paper 11

Apply mask

Re-size if needed

Paste globe

Paste word art

Paste puppy

Paste bow

Using magic wand click outside of globe

Invert

Add new layer

Fill with light color

Add name and copyright if needed

Now once you have the tag as you like it, it's time to 

animate it

Click the layer right below the globe layer

Now add 4 new layers

Now apply snowflakes plug in to each layer 

only changing the random seed setting

So the first one is set at 500
Then 1000,2000,3000 for other layers
Select background paper and float
Invert
Delete on all 4 layers so snow in only in globe
Close the 1000,2000,3000 layers off and copy merge and paste into AS

Go back to PSP and close the 500 layer and open 1000
Copy merge and paste after current frame in AS

Continue these steps until all 4 layers are pasted in AS.

Shift A and change frame properties to 15

Save as Gif
