This tutorial was written by me and for those

who have a good working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

Tubes of choice, I used Artwork by ©PinUpToons at CDO.

My tube was purchased during time sold at CILM. 

Scrapkit, I used PTU ScrapFoxy_USA atCDO.

Font of choice, I used Verdana.
Template, I used Sick and Sexyfied by Ella at Creative Misfits Blog.

                            

Let's Begin! 

First off would like to say Happy 4th to my fellow Americans!

Have a safe and wonderful holiday.

OK to begin open supplied from scrap kit you want to use and minimize them.

Open template and shift D.

Delete all but the mask, bg, and frame layers.

Move frame and bg down a little.

Select mask layer and float then invert.

Paste paper of choice and hit delete.

Select frame layer and using magic wand select inside the right star.

Modify and expand by 5

Invert

Paste paper of choice.

Hit delete.

Repeat for other side.

I used same paper but changed the hue and sat. to match tag.

Paste star line and duplicate and move one to the right star and one to the left star and then

select the bg layer and float then invert and hit delete on the star line.

Paste any other elements of choice you would like.

Paste tube.

Add name.

Add copyright.
