Remember to save often!!!

Resize elements as desired

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Paste frame element 47

Click inside frame
Expand by 4
Invert
Paste paper 19
Delete
Paste element 53
Delete
Select none
Paste tube and move to bottom center-ish lol

Using paint brush smoke which came with my psp x3

color set to white/slight off white gradient

Paint area at bottom of tag on new layer so looks like snow

Use my tag as guide if needed

Now add elements of choice from kit
