Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open my supplies and shift D.

Close original.

Paste tube and place where you like it.

Duplicate and mirror or use close up tube and mirror
Move one to one side and the other to the other side
Crop to fit rectangle but not outside frame

Add name.

Drop shadow.

Add copyright info.

Close everything but the BG layer and copy merge and paste into AS.

Effects - Insert Image Effects

Underwater Settings

Now go back to PSP and open everything but close BG layer
Copy Merge
Paste into AS
Ctrl L until you have at least 10 frames
Ctrl A
Drag to tag and place where it goes

Save as Gif.
