Supplies Needed

Tube

VIP

Filters

Filters Unlimited - Special Effects 1 - Aged Film

Brush
Swirl brush of choice

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 851 x 315

Fill with #ff99cb

Float

Convert by 7

Add new layer
Fill with #77912e

Convert by 1

Add new layer
Fill with gradient, pattern or color of choice
Or use mine HERE

Select none

Now go back to green layer and add drop shadow of choice

Then go back to pink layer and duplicate
Apply filter to top copy
Change blend mode to luminance (L)

Paste close up tube

Move where you like it 
I erased the bottom of tube so it blended into my tag

Duplicate tube

Mirror
Move to other side and lower opacity to about 25

Crop both tubes to pattern layer

Add text if desired

I used VIP font for all the text except Spring 
which I used the same pattern as bg for 
Or use mine HERE


Add new layer and using brush tool - swirl brush of choice
add swirl to left side of tag
Once you have it how you like it add bevel of choice
Or use mine HERE

Duplicate and re-size so real small
Mirror
Flip
Move to right

Use my tag as guide if needed

Add name
Add bevel if desired

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Once you have tag how you like it add border of 1 - #77912e

Save
