Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!

Open template and shift D
Close original and re-size canvas to 800 x 800
Crop after tag is done

Delete first 3 layers and halftone layers

There are a few basic steps for this template that are repetitive.
1. Select layer
2. Float
3. Add new layer
4. Fill with color of choice
5. Apply filter of choice or paper texture
6. Apply gradient glow  and noise at 35 to original layer

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact

Merge like layers together
i.e.
left gray rectangle with right gray rectangle

Start at the bottom merged pair and work through the steps listed above
I used several of the textures and colorized to fit my color scheme

Don't forget to add the gradient glow to original layer and add noise for outline look

Use my tag as guide if needed

Once you have all the layers filled with color or texture of choice
give a few of them the sparkle filter to match the tubes

Paste tubes for frame

Select the frame background layer and float
Invert
Delete on tubes layers

Duplicate tubes
On top tubes change blend mode to overlay and on bottom tube layer change blend mode to luminance (L) at 75% opacity
or play around until you get desired effect

Add new layer and move to bottom
Fill with color of choice
Apply mask
Merge group

Add new layer
Fill with another color

Using magic wand click outside mask layer
Invert
Go back to layer
Delete
Move below mask layer

Paste tube

Add name and text
I allied noise and bevel to mine

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
