Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Crop when tag is done

Re-size items as desired 

Paste frame element 10

Click inside frame with magic wand

Expand by 5

Invert

Paste paper 12

Delete

Select none

Duplicate frame twice

Re-size by 75%

Rotate by 30 degrees one right and one left

Place like mine

Repeat steps to add bg using paper 2 and tube

Paste tube

Re-size by 85%

Now add elements to tag of choice

Add drop shadow to layers

Add name

Add bevel of choice

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
