Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open 800 x 800
Crop before saving

Use my tag as guide if needed

Fill canvas with color from tube you are using
Apply mask
Merge group

Paste frame

Using selection tool - rectangle draw out area larger than frame opening but not larger than frame edges

Add new layer

Fill new layer with another color

Invert

Paste mirrored tube

Delete 

Move below frame

Paste tube and place above frame

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers

Add CR info

Crop & Save
