Open new canvas 800 x 800

Paste paper 11

Apply mask

Merge group

Paste element 14

Using selection tool select area bigger than opening of frame

Invert

Paste paper 21

Delete

Move below frame

Now add elements of choice from kit

Add text

I did text on curve 

Using the preset shape tool
Make a heart
like the one we already have

Keep heart as a vector
Click text tool
Add new layer

Type text

Convert to raster

Delete heart layer

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers

Add scrap info

Crop & Save
