Remember to save often!!!

Resizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Use my tag if needed as guide

Paste  paper 8

Draw out a circle using selection tool

Invert

Delete

Invert

Contract by 20

Delete

Select none

Add bevel of choice 

Click inside frame you made and expand by 10

Invert

Paste paper 6

Delete

Paste close up mirrored tube on right

Delete

Paste element 82

Delete

Select none
Change blend mode to luminance (L) and opacity to 40

Paste tube and move to right

Now add other elements of choice

Add name using alpha letters or font of choice

Add drop shadow to layers

Add CR info

Crop & Save
