Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Resizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Paste paper 5

Apply mask

Merge group

Paste element 73

Move below mask

Paste frame element 61

Resize by 65%

Paste frame element 63

Resize by 70%
Float
Expand by 3
Add new layer
Fill with Yellow
Add noise at 50
Move below frame

Click outside of frame 61 with magic wand

Paste close up tube mirrored

Delete

Select none

Paste tube and move to left

Use my tag if needed as guide

Now add other elements of choice

I Used

For element 49 I erased edges with eraser tool set on fuzz 

and then painted around edges with paint brush set on smoke brush white
Give a texture to it if desired

Add name cropping each letter of your name off alpha sheet

On another layer if desired paint a little snow at bottom of alpha 

Add drop shadow to layers

Add CR info

Crop & Save
