Supplies Needed
Font
Magnolia
Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!
Open canvas 800 x 800
Paste paper 13
Apply mask and merge group
Paste frame 14
Click inside frame with magic wand
Expand by 4
Invert
Paste paper 17
Delete
Select none
Add texture - brick to bg layer
Using paint brush smoke which came with my psp x3
color set to white/slight off white gradient
Paint a line at bottom of frame
Now add other elements to tag
