Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Resizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Use my tag if needed as guide

Paste paper 7

Apply shower door filter twice

Apply texture of choice

Paste frame magic

Move a little to left

Click inside frame and expand by 10

Invert

Paste paper 2

Delete

Paste close up mirrored tube

Delete

Select none
Change blend mode to overlay

Paste tube and move to right

Now add other elements of choice

I Used

cat

stones

tree

Add name using alpha or font of choice

I applied color and prospective filter to mine 

so it layed down and changed blend mode to overlay

Add drop shadow to layers

Add CR info

Crop & Save
