Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template
Shift D and close original
Delete info layerAdd new layer

Fill with color of choice
Apply mask
Merge group

Mov to bottom

Follow these steps for layers of template

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Add new layer

4. Fill with pattern/texture or solid color

5. Apply filter of choice
6. Apply gradient glow to original

 layer using color of choice and then noise at 50

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way 
of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact 

We are going to start at the bottom layer (in layers pallet)

and work our way up the template following the steps above

Merge like layers together to save steps

blots - (original layer)elemental filter - misc - neon bars

pink circles - pink + elemental filter - fire - cosmic fire

grey square - solid color

black solid square - noise at 50

purple circles - yellow + elemental filter - misc - neon bars

black circles - scanlines - vertical

quadrants - pink +elemental filter - water - fire on the water

**Don't forget step 6**

Paste tube and crop to circle

Add name

Apply filter setting of choice

Apply gel filter

Add CR info

Crop & Save
