Xenofex - Shower Door
Mask

Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!
Open new canvas 800 x 800
Crop at the end
Re-size elements as desired tag size is up to you :)
Fill canvas using a gradient of two colors
Apply mask
Merge group
Apply shower door filter default
Paste frame E50
Click inside open area of frame with magic wand
and expand by 5
Add new layer
Fill with black
Invert
Paste sparkle E92
Duplicate and move to area is covered
Delete
Select none
Re-size elements as desired tag size is up to you :)

Add new layer
Fill with black
Invert
Paste sparkle E92
Duplicate and move to area is covered
Delete
Select none
Merge together the sparkle layers
Lower opacity to 20
Paste tube and move to left
Crop bottom of tube off with frame
Now add other elements from kit you wish too
