Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-size elemnts as desired depending on your tag size preference

Open 800 x 800
Crop before saving

Paste paper 2
Apply mask
Merge group

 Paste ribbon frame
Click inside frame using magic wand
Expand by 5
Invert
Paste paper 3
Delete
Paste tube
Duplicate
Delete on bottom tube
Select none
Crop bottom part of top tube

Now add elements of choice from kit

I Used
arrow 1 and 2
ipod
milkshake
ribbon 4

Add name
I used orange as foreground at 3 and white as background
Then convert to raster - float - contract by 3
Invert
Add noise at 30
Select none

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
