Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, depending on the size you make your tag

Open template and shift D

Close original and re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Delete info and stars layers

There are a few basic steps to follow

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Invert

4. Paste paper

5. Hit delete

6. Apply gradient glow and noise at 50 to original layers

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact 

We are going to start at bottom and go up

Paste paper 1 and move to bottom

Apply mask

Merge group

Paste paper 9

Apply mask

Merge group

Apply shower door filter to this layer

Resize by 85 or 90%

dotted squares - noise at 50

circle 1 left and right - paper 8

circle 2 left and right - paper 7

rectangle - duplicate and apply gg + noise to bottom layer
square left and right - paper 9
circle - paper4+close up tube mirrored(luminance L at 30 opacity)
pixel words - noise
dotted circle - noise

Paste tube and move to right

Now add elements of choice
