Toadies - Blast'em

 

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired,
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Crop when tag is done

Paste preview image paper 

Apply toadies - blast'em filter

Apply mask

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic - Antique

Default setting

Paste film frame

Float - expand by 2

Invert

Paste paper 8

Delete

Apply noise at 50

Add drop shadow

Move below frame

Paste bow

Repeat same steps as above for frame

Move to right corner of frame

Click inside frame area with magic wand

Expand by 4

Invert

Paste paper 1

Delete

Paste mirrored close up tube

Delete

Select none

Duplicate

On top tube change blend to difference at 30 % opacity

On bottom tube change blend mode to luminance (L)

Paste tube and move to left

Now add elements of choice
