Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired,
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Crop when tag is done

Use my tag as guide if needed

Paste pink frame 

Click inside frame with magic wand

Expand by 5

Invert

Paste paper 1

Delete

Paste element 90

Delete
Select none

Paste banana boat
Move to right of frame

Paste tube and move below boat
Crop bottom of tube

Now add elements of choice

Add new layer
Fill with color 
Apply mask
Merge group

I applied mask to sand layer as well

Add name and text to sign

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
