This tutorial was written by me and for those
who have a good working knowledge of psp.
Supplies Needed
Tube
Tube

Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!
Open new canvas 800 x 800
Crop when tag is done
Paste cluster frame
I made a pattern from my cluster frame that I use throughout this tag
Just select part of surf board and copy
Paste as new image in psp
Apply copies filter - wallpaper rotate
Apply seamless tile by going to Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tile
Use this as pattern in color pallet
Using selection tool select just bigger than each opening in frame
Add new layer
Fill with color or pattern of choice
Invert
Paste tube
Delete
Paste tube and re-size smaller
Move to bottom circle
Duplicate
Delete on bottom tube
Select none
On the top two circles I used close up of face and mirrored close up as well
Duplicate
Change top copy to screen
On bottom copy change opacity to where you like it
This is depending on background color you use so just move it lower until you like it
On middle smaller tube top copy crop bottom part
Make sure this is above frame and all the other tube layers are below frame
Use eclipse preset shape tool and make a circle just bigger than
the frame circle
Type text on curve
Do the same for other circle
Apply gel effect to text
Type name and apply gel effect
Add new layer and move to bottom
Fill with pattern or color of choice
Apply mask
Merge group
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
