This tutorial was written by me and for those
who have a good working knowledge of psp.
Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!
Open new canvas 800 x 800
Crop when tag is finished
Paste cluster frame
Paste tube and re-size about 85% or so and move to right side like mine
Duplicate
Move bottom copy under frame
On tom tube use eraser tool and erase parts that are above frame besides lantern
Using magic wand click inside frame
Expand by 5
Add new layer and fill with #efcccd
Invert
Paste mirrored tube
Delete
Select none
Duplicate tube
Change opacity on bottom one to 15
On top tube change blend mode to overlay
Add new layer and move to bottom
Fill with #cfd7de
Apply mask
Merge group
Apply noise at 20
Add name
Apply gel effect
Add drop shadow to frame and bottom tube on right
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
