Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, depending on the size you make your tag

Open template and shift D
Close original and re-size canvas to 800 x 800
Crop after tag is done

Delete info layer

There are a few basic steps to follow
1. Select layer
2. Float
3. Invert
4. Paste paper
5. Hit delete
6. Apply gradient glow and noise to original layer

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact

Merge similar layers together
rectangle  with rectangle
and so on for all duplicate layers

We are going to start at bottom and go up

black rectangles - paper 12 and element 91

pink rectangles - paper 13

blue rectangles - paper 11

blue circles - new layer and fill with color of choice (#0b84b1)

white and black rectangle - cover area with element 17
You can delete them once element is in place

stars - cover then with element 40
You can delete them once element is in place

circle - new layer and fill with color of choice (#c21452)
Invert and paste close up tube
Change blend mode to screen
Paste element 53 and re-size so it fits over circle

**Remember step 6 from above - gradient glow and noise on each original template layer**
