Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, depending on the size you make your tag

Open template and shift D

Close original and re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Delete info layer

There are a few basic steps to follow

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Invert

4. Paste paper

5. Hit delete

6. Apply gradient glow and noise to original layer

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact 

Merge similar layers together

rectangle  with rectangle 

and so on for all duplicate layers

We are going to start at bottom and go up

black rectangles - paper 3

blue long rectangles - paper 7

teal rectangles - paper 1

red circles - paper 5

grey rectangle - paper 4

grey circle - paper 6

black circle - paper 2

When you have black circle layer floated paste close up tube

Delete

Duplicate

Change bottom tube to luminace (L)

Change top tube to blend mode screen and lower opacity to 65

**Don't forget step 6 adding gradient glow and noise at 30**

Now add elements of choice

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info
