Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!
Re-sizing elements is as desired, depending on the size you make your tag
Open new canvas 800 x 800
Paste frame 32
Use selection tool and select just bigger than frame opening
Invert
Paste paper 3
Delete
Paste tube
Delete
Duplicate
Change opacity on bottom tube to 15
and blend mode on top tube to screen
Paste paper 3
Move to bottom
Apply mask
Merge group
Paste surf board to right of frame
Paste sand 56 and move below frame
Paste flowers 20 on sand area
Paste drinks 44 and 26
Paste lizard 17
Paste bird 47
Paste star fish 60 on sand at left
Paste any other elements of choice
Add name
I used different colors from my tube
Apply gel effect and gradient glow of white
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
