who have a good working knowledge of psp.

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-size elements as desired depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Paste frame element 95

Click inside each circle with magic wand

Expand by 8

Invert

Paste paper 15

Delete

Paste tube

Move to left circle

Duplicate once you have it where you like it

Delete on bottom tube

Now paste tube that you have mirrored

Move to right circle area

Delete

Paste paper 12 over right circle

Delete

Select none

Now on paper 12 change blend mode to screen

On top tube on left crop bottom part of tube and

move bottom tube below frame

Paste mask element 119

Either use as a mask on a paper of choice or just paste into tag and move to bottom

Now add any elements of choice

Use my tag as guide for placement if needed

Add name

I used gradient of #8d5a1f and #4a1200

and noise at 20

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
