Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template and re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Close info layer,stars,text,and skull layers

Follow these steps 

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Invert or add new layer

4. Paste paper or fill with pattern or texture

5. Hit delete if using paper

6. Close original layer

We are going to start at the bottom layer (in layers pallet)

and work our way up the template following the steps above

pink rectangle - #424242 and noise at 30

pink oval - black

black oval - paper 2

pink top rectangle - paper 4 then scan lines - black

glitter rectangle - #b9b9b9 and noise at 30

rectangle - tow the line filter

frame backs left and right - paper 4 then paste close up and crop

I used a different close up for each one as my tube came with two

Change blend mode to luminance (L)

frames - #242424 and noise at 30

thin rectangle - gradient of #4d4d4d and #ababab

Re-size elements as desired as this depends on how big you like your tags

Add new layer and move to bottom
Using splatter brush in black go around edge of tag a few places

Paste white flowers element 70
Move to right area on frame
Duplicate
Mirror

Paste crow element 75
Move to left on end of rectangle
Duplicate
Mirror

Paste ribbon element 91
Move to right bottom area
Duplicate
Mirror

Paste main tube
Center

Paste sparkles element 10
Change blend mode to luminance (L)

Paste sparkle element 101
Move to left side of frame
Duplicate
Mirror

Paste rings element 7
Move to left bottom area

Add text of choice

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
