Okay, let's get started.

Remember to save often!!!

Open frame and shift D

Close original

Re-size frame to desired size

Re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop when done

Select mask layer

Float

Add new layer

Fill with color

I used #d8aa6c

Apply noise at 30

Paste tube
I covered the breast on my tube this is up to you

Duplicate

Move one above frame and one just below

Lock them together

On top tube erase past of the tube so 

it's as if she is in frame

Using selection tool select area just bigger 

than the opening of life preserver at bottom

Add new layer

Fill with color

I used #56442b

Invert

Paste tube

Delete

Change blend mode to luminance (L)

Add drop shadow to layers

Add name

Apply gel effect if desired

Add copyright

Crop and Save
