This tutorial was written by me and for those
who have a good working knowledge of psp.
Supplies Needed
Filters
Eye Candy 5 Impact - Gradient Glow
DSB Flux - Bubbles
Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!
New canvas 600 x 250
Fill with black
Add new layer and fill with red and black gradient
Apply bubbles - default
Float and contract by 2
Invert
Delete
Paste tube and re-size quite small
Duplicate
Put one on the right
and one on the left mirrored
For the one on the right duplicate after you have it in place
Close this for now
Merge the left and right open tubes
Apply copies filter - Line
Crop to size of red and black layer
Duplicate and rotate by 90 degrees left
Close this layer for now as well
Re-size canvas so you have room to work
Type out word or saying of choice using
black foreground of 2 and closed background
Rotate left 90 degrees
Drag if needed to fit the size height of tag on left
Convert to raster
Using magic wand click inside text
Expand by 2
Invert
Un-hide the copy of tube layer
Move over selection and delete
Move below text outline
Add new layer and fill with black
Apply mask and merge together
Duplicate
Float red and black layer
Invert
Delete one of mask so it's now the size of tag minus text
Float pattern of text you made
Invert
Delete other mask so you have this over text layer as well
Make sure you have layers how they need to be
Text outline
Mask
Tube pattern
On mask layers change opacity to 50
Merge text layers together
Duplicate
Rotate right 90 degrees twice
Move to right side
Paste tube and move to left area
Apply gradient glow using light color from tube and black
Using selection tool select a small strip
like mine across tag
Add new layer and fill with light color
Change blend to screen
Now un-hide the duplicated tube from earlier and move above the strip layer
Erase part of arm so it blends into other layer but make sure you keep the text on shirt so it plays in with other text
Add new layer and move to bottom
Paint splatter brush around edge of tag
Add name - noise at 30
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
New canvas 600 x 250
Fill with black
Add new layer and fill with red and black gradient
Apply bubbles - default
Float and contract by 2
Invert
Delete
Paste tube and re-size quite small
Duplicate
Put one on the right
