Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Re-size items as desired

Use my tag as guide for placement and re-sizing if needed

Paste E36 - white frame

Using selection tool - rectangle 

draw out rectangle just bigger than opening
Invert
Paste paper 1
Delete

Paste E65 - blue frame
Flip

Paste E69 - flowers
Move this at bottom of blue frame circle part

Crop any of the blue frame that's below flowers

Paste E45 - flower arrangement
Move to top left corner
Duplicate
Mirror
Merge together

Paste E19 - brown flower
Move to left bottom corner
Duplicate 
Mirror
Merge together

Paste E20 - blue flower

Move to left top corner
Duplicate 
Mirror
Merge together

Paste E13 - bead circle
Move it above circle part of blue frame
Select your pick tool and reshape the 
bead circle to fit over rim of frame

Paste E32 - leaves
Move to top side under white frame
Duplicate
Flip
Merge together
Duplicate
Mirror
Merge together

Paste E7 - brown butterfly
Move to right blue flower at top

Paste E41 - blue butterfly
Move to bottom left on brown flower

Paste E43 - blue flourish
Move to bottom right area
Duplicate
Mirror
Merge together

Select inside blue frame using magic wand
Expand by 5
Invert
Paste mirrored tube
Delete
Select none
Float tube
Add new layer
Fill with light color
Select none
Change blend on light color layer to Saturation (L)
Using eraser tool 
erase the area that's over the eye color of tube

Paste tube
Move to right area
Duplicate
Move one tube below frame
On top tube crop anything out of frame besides arm

I applied Sparkles to some of my layers
This is totally up to you just play around with filter until you get desired look

Add name
I used light sparkle pattern
Apply gel effect
Float
Expand by 2
Add new layer
Fill with #2c211b
Add noise at 20
Move below text
Merge together
Add drop shadow to this and any other layers of choice

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
