So whatever tube used will match

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 650 x 250

Fill with outline color of choice

I used white

Add noise at 40

Add new layer

Float

Contract by 3

Invert
Paste background paper
Delete

Paste your tube

Move to the right 
Duplicate and mirror
Resize to desired size
Move to left
Lower opacity to 70 
Duplicate and lower opacity to 50 and blend mode to screen

Float the left side tube
Go to bg layer
Delete

Take your selection tool and draw out a rectangle across the whole tag
Add new layer and fill with white or color of choice
You could also do this using rectangle preset so whichever works best for you

Lower opacity to 65

Type Text of choice out

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers if desired

Add copyright info

Go to Image and add picture frame

5 with color of choice
I used #6574a0
