Open my supplies

Shift D

Close original

Open new canvas 600 x 250

Paste tube and duplicate and place all over area

Mirror some

Merge and lower opacity to 45

Duplicate and change blend mode to screen

Play with setting to get the desired effect for your tube

Paste close up tube and place in center

Add drop shadow 1,1,3,30,black and then again with -1,-1,3,30,black

Add border

2 #dd3c68

and then 6 #72e4e5

Using magic wand click the 6 border area

Add noise at 30

Promote background layer

Re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Now add your text

Type out PEACE

Rotate 90 degrees left

Stretch it to fit the length of side

Do the same for & LOVE

only rotate right

Once you have them against the sides on your tag merge together

Float

Convert by 2

Add new layer

Apply cloud filter using the same 2 colors as above

Select none

Duplicate and change blend mode to overlay or play around and see what one you like

Add my splatter layer and duplicate it and place below all other layers

Place my elements or elements of your own

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
